When
it's time to round-up Texans for
church, this new breed of congregation is showing unusual success in corralling
a hard-to-reach herd. Thousand Hills Cowboy Church has been featured on
televison and in magazine articles for our unique approach to reaching
the unreached.

us Sunday mornings at 10:30 am for our weekly cowboy church services---
you'll fit right in! The uncompromised word of God is presented with a
generous dose of humor by our cowboy preacher, Ron Moore.
Country gospel music by one of our bands sets the tone for praise and
worship. Everyone is welcome and there's Kids' Korral for the little guys.
Don't get "gussied up" --- dress here is cowboy casual. |

Plan to drop by our new covered arena for a worship service by one of our cowboy preachers
and then stick around afterwards for an exciting event such as
Bullriding,
Team Roping, Team Sorting/Penning or Cutting.

hey ......... even if you've never roped a steer or rode a bull you'll
fit right in!
Folks
come to help out in the concession stand, behind the roping chutes, in
the bullpens, in the announcer's stand,
or in the bleachers cheering on
the competitors. Regularly scheduled fellowships for men and women,
and
our youth present even more opportunites to fellowship with our brothers
and sisters in Christ.

the first pair of cowboy cut Wranglers for a new baby, or a hot casserole
for a grieving family --- Helpin' Hands are there ---reaching out in compassion
and "walkin' the talk". |

Our lil' buckaroos are pretty special. Cowboy Church is blessed to have
anointed teachers instructing children ages 3 to 12 in scriptures and
biblical truths "precept upon precept" each Sunday morning.

Cowboy
Church is a praying church. No need is too great for our God...no request
is too small. The Prayer Posse takes each request before the throne of
our mighty God.
We rejoice in the many answers to prayer we've seen....to God be the glory!

Our
Goal:
We're making full use of the 40 acres, barn and arena God gave us to fulfill
the great commission and
reach the lost. There's an event most every night at the Church Barn or in the arena...we're serious about trying to reach folks for Christ.
He's blessed us with the funds to completely pay off our land, complete the first 1/3 of our covered arena.
We just started Phase 2 and are looking forward to being able to finish covering the entire arena.
