In the heart of the Texas Hill Country
is a large, covered rodeo arena set on 40 acres.
This is Thousand Hills Cowboy Church, and we're here to
provide
a down-to-earth and friendly place
of worship
that appeals to folks
who
are comfortable in a less traditional
church atmosphere.
There's a nursery and a Kids' Korral for the lil' buckaroos.
On Sundays, church kicks off at 10:30 am with top-notch country bands laced with the country sounds of a mandolin, drums, steel guitar and fiddle. Grab some breakfast sweets and iced tea at the old chuckwagon and then settle in for a solid and honest message by Pastor Ron as he "cuts to the chase" preaching the uncompromised Word.
Throughout most of the year something is going on each evening . . .
roping,
bull riding, horseshow events practice, ranch sorting, and fellowships.
One of our cowboy preachers gives a short message from God before each event
and the entry fees are always free.
We've been reaching out to cowboys, country
folks, and
those who simply love the western lifestyle since 2000.
Yep,
we're here for the long haul - - - and you're gonna feel right at home!
